Lord De Pastry has been on San Fernando Road in Glendale since 1992. Wholesale bakery in the back, retail counter in the front. The deck oven runs from four in the morning until two in the afternoon, six days a week.
We bake bread, pastry, layered cake, croissant, danish, dinner roll, and the cookie program the cafes around town reorder by the dozen. The retail counter opens at six. The wholesale loading dock opens at four.
Closed Sundays. Cash, card, account. Big standing orders welcome. The same family has been running the floor for thirty-three years.
